At WeMind, we practice psychological treatment in an evidence-based, structured, and manualized way, measuring treatment outcomes to ensure that patients receive the right care. The current position is in the reception's DBT team, where we work according to standard DBT principles with consultation teams, individual therapy, and skills training groups. We also have a skills training group specifically focused on men and a skills training group for milder symptom presentations without concurrent individual therapy.

Main responsibilities:

• DBT treatment individually and in groups, as well as telephone support during office hours

• Assessment of EIPS symptoms and evaluation before treatment

• If necessary, basic assessments and neuropsychiatric evaluations may also be part of the job responsibilities.

• Experienced DBT colleagues in a team that has worked together for a long time

• Collegial supervision in regular consultation teams

• Thorough and structured introduction

• Active and close leadership from the operations manager and medical management responsible

• Opportunity to engage in development projects

WeMind Liljeholmen is a general psychiatric outpatient clinic that treats all types of psychiatric conditions except pure psychotic disorders. We are Sweden's largest psychiatric clinic and offer a wide range of treatments to our patients. You will work under leadership with a close clinical connection, enabling quick and pragmatic decision-making paths. The DBT team at Liljeholmen has been established for a long time and is well integrated into the clinic's working methods.

The clinic is located in Liljeholmen, about a 5-minute walk from the subway's red line.

• Licensed psychologist with experience in DBT

• We prefer that you have completed DBT training and have worked in a DBT team

You are used to working independently and enjoy taking the initiative and developing the work forward. At the same time, you are flexible and value teamwork as well as collaboration with other professional groups. You find the social work environment and team spirit important.
